What I liked

Medical staff all seem fine and friendly.

What could be improved

Admin is very poor with long waits for outpatients at appointments and all very un-joined up. I've witnessed mixed up records (someone else medical treatment was inserted into my file), wrong allergies listed. I also had my surgery cancelled while I was in gowns waiting to go through and the promised follow up call/explanation wasn't forthcoming. Some of the wards are depressing and not as cleans as they should be.
