"still waiting"

About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square

Anything else?

As previously reported op cancelled 2x Feb and March. No one telling me why hadn't had op yet. Contacted PALS last week was told to get GP to fax update on how symptoms getting worse and they would contact me Wednesday. No one contacted me so I rang today explained what had been asked of me and I was still waiting for someone to contact me. OMG the woman shouted at me and said in all her experience for PALS no one but no one had been asked to get the Dr to fax..........I asked had I lied about it or maybe hallucinated the whole thing. I have asked for a formal complaint form to be sent, Enough is enough. I was then told that the woman I had previously spoken to had done a great deal, that maybe so but unless she talks to me how on earth would I know. God help us if this is the help from PALs who work on behalf of patients. Now nearly June hope op before Xmas.
