"Tilgate Ward, East Surrey Hospital - compassion, sensitivity and first class care"

My Mum was admitted to Tilgate Ward at the beginning of April. The Doctors and Consultants are very professional and have a caring bed side manner. In my opinion 98% of the nursing staff are simply brilliant at their chosen vocation - because for most of the staff, this is not just a job, its a way of life and a calling. They deliver care with compassion, sensitivity and real humanity.

My Mum has now sadly passed away, but I could not have wished for better for her. The nursing staff always had time to take care of my Mum's needs, whether it was to feed her, clean her or deliver superb medical care. These are true angels.
