We thought it may be of interest to your organization to know that my father-in-law, Thomas Arthur Carrick, died August 12, 2007 at 91 years of age.. He had an aorta valve replacement in your hospital on June 10, 1987 and due to his age at that time opted to have a pigs valve.

Up to his death my father-in-law's heart was in excellent condition. He and his family were most appreciative of the excellent work done at your hospital.
