What I liked

I've had on going medical problems for many years but no action has ever been taken, and ive been see by lots of hospitals. In January 2007 i was referred to RLH, i got seen very quickly. My consultannt, who was excellent managed to arrange tests far quicker than i expected. He referred me to a urologist as he felt surgery was best for me- i got seen by a urologist at the end of May and am having my surgery next week. So in 8 months they've managed to take action that should have been done a long time ago by other hospitals.

Both doctors have excellent secretary staff who have been kind, curtious and helpful on the many occassions i have phoned them. They've arranged my results to be faxed to me quickly and i have felt involved in my treatment throughout.

What could be improved

The hospital departments could do with a lick of paint at both RLH & Barts! But at the end of the day i don't think thats important!
