What I liked

The staff were efficient, professional and friendly. I gave birth in this hospital, and two weeks later had to take my baby to A&E there. The staff were always excellent and respectful of my wishes, and explained things properly to me.

What could be improved

Both the post-natal wards and the waiting room in children's A&E were very dirty. When I was on the post-natal ward, they ran out of sheets! The toilet was also not at all clean. The staff were doing a wonderful job considering the poor facilities.
