Caring and sympathetic staff at the Cardiology clinic and in Laburnum Ward, following my husband's diagnosis of severe heart failure. At a traumatic time, staff soothing and calming. Had every confidence they were making sound decisions and were acting in the patients' best interests. Efficient co-ordination with the Oxford Heart Centre.

Thank you for posting details of your recent experience at the Horton General Hospital. We hope that your husband is now progressing well. All staff continually work hard on improving the patient experience and feedback such as this is reassuring - it shows that our staff are epitomising Trust values of "delivering compassionate excellence". We are aware that visiting and being treated in hospital can be a daunting experience and we would like to thank you for taking the time to tell us how reassured you were by the manner of our staff and the treatment your husband received - we will bring this to the attention of the staff concerned.
