(as a service user),

The lady who rang me was very pleasant. I asked for a certain hospital, which she informed me did not have the clinic I require.

But, she went out of her way to find one that was as near my home as possible.

I was originally booked for 3rd July, but she has managed to get me a better date (30th May).

I am extremely grateful for the service, professionalism and care you have provided for me.

TRAQS is all about patient choice and we endeavour to ensure the patient goes to the hospital of their choice without incurring a further delay. It is not always possible and therefore if we are able to book an appointment at an alternative hospital for you to be seen quicker then TRAQS will do all they can to ensure your referral is seen and dealt with quickly.
