My appointments are now in Boots in Skegness.

I hate going there, its not private - all the other customers stare at use while we are waiting. The room is small and too hot. I asked to be seen at the old place but was told Addaction don't use it anymore.

I am sorry that you are not happy with the facilities offered at Boots in Skegness. At Addaction we attempt to provide our service in a range of locations for our service user's convenience. We appreciate your feedback and would recommend that you discuss this with your keyworker and request that your appointments are made at one of our alternative venues in the Skegness area.
