About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

My GP referred me to the outpatient department at the Princess Royal Hospital.

My original appointment time was cancelled by the hospital and an alternative (two weeks later) was provided.

The doctor I saw in the department was fine.

TRAQS has no control on the management of hospital appointments and we are aware there are times when a clinic needs to be rearranged at short notice. Its reassuring to note that an alternative appointment date was booked quickly for you and you received a high standard of care from the consultant,

I am sorry that your first appointment was cancelled but that once it was rearranged two weeks later it was fine. Thank you very much, too.
