Booked in at reception. Sat down and picked up a magazine - called in within less than a minute!! Nurse answered all of my questions thoroughly. Aftercare information provided. It was relaxed, not hurried. Not a 'hospital goer' fortunately but aware all of the negativity that surrounds NHS these days - so when it comes good practice - praise should be given. Hope my follow up appointment is just as professional. Thanks
