Just a BIG thank you to all the staff in the Manfield Day surgery unit.
Everybody from receptionist, ward staff, nurses, consultant, physiotherapist and theatre staff were all fantastic. Everybody had a smile on their face, everything was explained fully, in an understandable, as well as in medical terms and I felt at ease all the time I was there(which wasn't that long).I only had minor day surgery, so barring complications wasn't expecting to stay long anyway.
Keep up the good work, its about time the NHS had some praise instead of moans from people who do not appreciate the excellent work hospital staff do.
