What I liked
Absolutely professional, kind and efficient staff. I broke my wrist and all the people dealing with me: from the nurse at reception to the male nurse to the doctor. A big thank you to the team, who allayed my anxiety, talked me through the process and helped through the whole ordeal.
What could be improved
The waiting between the different stages of X-Ray, check ups, X-Ray again etc is very long for no apparent reason. Something which should have taken 60min ended up taking 4 hours.
