My stepfather was admitted via A & E last night. I would like to thank all the staff involved for their efficient handling of the situation starting with the ambulance crew who took the trouble to explain his progress during the journey. The doctor dealing with his case was very professional seeing his case through step by step. The male nurse was very sympathetic and caring with my stepfather, who is not an easy patient. Both staff listened to us and involved us with his care during his transition. Too much is said about the bad service but what we experienced last night was exceptional. Please convey thanks to all involved.
