I visited the Orthopaedic Consultant clinic twice in the last couple of months. Everything worked well, the self check in is great, got seen quickly in Radiology. All the staff were polite and helpful, The consultantand his Dr's were very good, explained everything well, treated me with "dignity and respect" and I was seen on time as well. Costa coffee was great afterwards as well. Good work I'm really pleased !
