Moorfields' A and E is a shining example of the NHS at its very best. The nurses and reception staff were welcoming, efficient and reassuring. There was a pleasant atmosphere, and I was seen with minimal waiting time. The nursing staff took time to explain everything to me, and this was backed up with written instrucions.
