"long wait but helpful staffs"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Anything else?

I visited the A&E recently because of a severe burn... waited over 3 hours before I was seen... but I don't blame the hospital, its probably due to the staff shortage because of the NHS costs. However all the staffs I met on that day and subsequent days were really really helpful and nice ^_^

I was sorry to hear about your experience in our A&E. We prioritise patients who are seriously ill and need the most urgent attention. We are extremely sorry that you had to wait so long, sometimes there are some patients who need more time than others, and staff may be called away to deal with an emergency, however we always prioritise patients on clinical need. Thank you for commenting that our staff are helpful and have been nice when caring for you. I will pass this onto the team. Yours sincerely Flo Panel-Coates Director of Nursing
