About: Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust / Community mental health team - south and west

(as a relative),

In January last year, my mum started hearing voices, and began having memory problems, she became very paranoid and acting out of character.

We got doctors involved and they are trying to work out what the problem actually is.

We understand this can be a difficult time especially when you are not certain about long term outcomes.
