The level of care at Clinic D (Dermatology), Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, was clear, efficient and thorough, which left me feeling so much better.
TRAQs was a different story. The pamphlet said I would be contacted within five days. After two weeks, I phoned and was told they had not got around to my case. When I pointed out the five day promise, the person on the phone said the pamphlet should be changed.
After three weeks, TRAQs wrote to say they couldn't make an appointment and I must wait for the dermatology team.
After another week I finally got an appointment. At least three weeks were wasted by TRAQS.
