Dear joanna,

I would like to say I was very pleased with your help during the time I was with you.

I saw you quite a few times and you helped me in dictating everything I had to do.

We went through everything on the computer which you did for me.

When I had to go to the appeal, you also came with me to help and support me. . You made it much easier for me.
