"admission to hospital and care received"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Accident and emergency South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as a relative),

My Father was admitted to hospital in May 2012 after collapsing in the street from a stroke.

The ambulance paramedics were thorough, professional and caring.

My Dad spent 3-4 days on the Chaldon Ward and the staff were brilliant.

Dear 'peanut47'

I'm sorry to hear about your father's stroke, but I am pleased to hear that the staff here at East Surrey Hospital, and especially those on Chaldon ward, made your father as comfortable as possible.

Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback.
