(as the patient),

Following an injury at work I damaged by knee. I was referred to physiotherapy at Newton Hospital by my GP.

My appointment came quickly.

I was treat by Cait, I was impressed by her knowledge and skill.

My injury occured in November 2012, I have now been discharged in April 2013.

I am very happy with the service I got, Cait is a credit to the NHS.
