About: New Cross Hospital The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as the patient),

I have been referred to both the Bickerstaff Endoscopy Unit at Princess Royal Hospital, and Beynon Endoscopy Unit at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton.

I must express my extreme satisfaction with the impressive service at both units, in both cases the nursing staff were extremely discreet, kind and very helpful with the worrying procedure.

I was put completely at ease and had no worries as a result, I almost felt I would like to do it again!

The nurses and doctors took time to ensure I fully understood what was happening and kept me informed all of the time.

Also New Cross had a slight edge over PRH because the procedure was carried out much quicker and more smoothly. But nothing against PRH, they were just as good.

Full marks and bonus points to both teams.
