I want to say that I received wonderful, empathetic help from Jackie and Louise.

I cannot say just what a difference my time in hospital at Ward 5, Becklin Centre, has made.

She in particular too has been just amazing.

I benefited from and appreciated the gym and Melanie and the bigger guy and John(? ) were both wonderful.

Thanks also to Sarah - ceramics.

Above all to Jackie, Louise, Angie P+F, Leanne and Hannah (stars in making! )

My name is Steve Dawson and I manage Ward 5 at the Becklin Centre.

I'd like to say how pleased I am that your time with us was a positive one - it's very important for us as a team to make sure that people have a positive experience of our care. I'm really glad and grateful that you've taken the time to give us this feedback.

I've already passed on your posting to all the staff on Ward 5 and also the Therapy suite and I've personally spoken with the individuals you mention to pass on your kind comments.
