"The hospital was bright, clean ..."

What I liked

The hospital was bright, clean and with lots of space. There were clearly itentifiable members of staff in the main reception who you could ask where to go. I was late for my appointment but they still saw me though i had to wait (fair enough!). The staff in out patients were friendly and the waiting area was quite nice, though i should have brought a news paper. The doctor asked me what i wanted, asked if the student could examine me with him. We agreed the options and i was sent off back to the clinic staff to book a day admission. All good.

What could be improved

I had lots of letters asking for feedback, this was nice but i ended up with a pile of letters from the hospital and brought the wrong one with me! the staff didnt mind though.
