"Why so few wheelchairs?"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

Anything else?

The staff are all friendly and helpful and clearly under a lot of pressure as there never seems to be many to a ward (E53) What I am astonished with is why at teception is there only about 6 chairs for patients to use? I am unable to walk far so I require a chair to move about but there are never any available as 6 between a hospital of about 1000 people is really bad. Can you not have a few chairs available at every ward? Fresh air always makes me feel ten times better so you should be trying to promote this better
