"I was admitted twice to this hospital ..."

What I liked

I was admitted twice to this hospital in 2007. June 07 for a ruptured appendix that went into near peritonitus and nov 07 for necrotizing fasciitus ( the flesh eating bug). I nearly died twice so I owe a great debt of gratitude and thanks to all the staff who not only helped me but my family at 2 stressful times in my life. The ITU staff do an incredible job, so do all doctors, surgeons, anaethetists and nurses and I don't think this profession is thanked often enough. I owe it my life......twice!! Thank you.

What could be improved

I don't think anything needs improving. Staff listened to patients, I was made very comfortable and treatments were explained. The food has come along way too compared to what it was and the cafeteria is an excellent facility for family and friends who visit the patients.
