Attended A & E ( reluctantly, on GP insistence ) My Mum 86 was treated very kindly by excellent staff including a student doctor, another doctor and the consultant - they listened and understood that I felt Mum was better at home if possible - they gave her a thorough going over and communicated results to me - above all they were kind and understanding - the nurses too were so helpful and approachable - many thanks to you all !!
