I went for my 2nd endoscopy, I think you can appreciate that I was not looking forward to my 2nd one. But all the staff were the same for me as the time before and I think that was down to good management. The doctor did an amazing job as the stones were in a very difficult position .and I thank him, but this letter is not about the doctor this is about the staff that looked after me. The one that stood out for me was the sister, she was so reassuring I could not have got through with the endoscopy without her. She made me feel safe in what I thought was a very stressful procedure, she was talking to me and stocking my back to let me know she was there. .I hope this information reaches the chief executive.
