I have always had very good service from the hospital in the past but unfortunately I was left waiting for an hour today before being told it would be another 40 minutes for my appointment. This is extremely frustrating, and I have had to leave and reschedule my appointment for another time. Whilst I appreciate things happen in hospitals and appointment times get changed I wish someone had told us so that it was not such a waste of time. I do not think a waiting time of nearly two hours is acceptable.
