What I liked
The overall friendliness and professionalism of the staff and consultants. My mother is very elderly- and it is the only hospital that her whole family have complete confidence in when she has been an in patient on a few occasions.The elderly are treated with great respect here.I feel Harefield is a credit to the NHS.
What could be improved
Possibly the waiting times at the anticoagulation clinics
