Attending monthly for chemotherapy I am constantly reminded of how lucky I am not to have to use the NHS. Efficient admin and medical staff alike is a recipe for success. No worries about cleanliness. I will single out a particular member of staff for particular praise. A star in every sense. Efficient. Compassionate and skillful. A somewhat painful procedure does not seem so when controlled by her. Thankyou all.
