What I liked

This is an extremely old hospital and there is a lot of work going on with ceilings down etc. It appeared to be very clean and the staff were more than helpful. New equipment is being installed and will obviously improve the service and treatment.

My wife had excellent treatment.

What could be improved

The whole building area and out buildings looked like something from the blitz. Very old and very scruffy. Only increased NHS budgets and building programmes can possibly improve the overall situation. This should not,however take away from the excellent staff attention.
