I have called the dermatology twice and on both occasions I was spoken to like dirt, how dare they talk to me with such attitude and bad customer service. We made a awful mistake of getting the appointment date wrong and turned up on wrong day, and when calling to re arrange the ladies spoke to us like children and was totally rude and inappropriatly. I work within customer service and I wouldn't dream of talking to customers in the way they did, We sincerely apologise for the error but this made no difference, a disgrace and I will be taking further.
