"Cardiac care"

About: James Paget University Hospital

Anything else?

My father, 92 years, was given first rate care at the James Paget hospital from the day he was admitted to the Acute Cardiac Unit ( 12th May 2013 ) until the day he died a week later in the Cardiac Ward . Staff were extremely attentive to his needs and did everything they could to make him as comfortable as possible. Additionally, nursing staff made a point of keeping his family informed of his condition and were extremely supportive and compassionate when he eventually died. I can not praise them more highly.

Thank you so much for taking the time to record your comments at what must be a very difficult time. Our staff will be really pleased that the support they provided made your father's last days as comfortable as possible. Ann Filby, Head of Communications
