"Grateful for care for suspected heart attack"

About: Horton General Hospital / Cardiology South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

Having phoned 999, the ambulance arrived in 20 minutes, and most of the time I was on the phone to a paramedical.

The ambulance team were amazing - well equipped and very experienced. Huge help when you are so panicked.

Then Horton General Hospital, Banbury. I could not believe how helpful and skilled they were from the word go. I think I was seen by three different doctors and also a consultant, all just after admission, very quickly. Was kept in overnight - wonderful nurses and great treatment again.

How do they do it when they are so overwhelmed? I was so grateful to them all.
