About: Eastbourne District General Hospital

Anything else?

Hi there, I underwent a removal done by keyhole surgery of Bladder pockets; I was told by these experts that these were the main causes of my recurring urinary tract infections was these pockets: guess what a further 6 months after this operation I am still on antibiotics and the infections continue.

We're sorry to hear that you are continuing to suffer from infections following your keyhole surgery. We have a Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) who are available between the hours of 10am to 4pm (Monday to Friday) should you wish to discuss your concerns in more detail. They will be happy to liaise with trust staff on your behalf.
