I gave birth at PRUH on 29th of April and found the care very good! The staff are all lovely and even though they are rushed off their feet you always get seen quite quickly after ringing the bell. I had an emergency c-section so couldn't move for the first 24hrs so I was totally dependant on the midwives help. I noticed that some of the reviewers had complained about the noise at night, it is almost impossible to get any sleep if you don't have a private room but that's mainly due to babies crying and people giving birth down the corridor. It's best to just resign to the fact that you can sleep when you get home! I was admitted again a week later with an infection and again I received great care and it was taken really seriously. They kept me in for 5 days and did every single test to make sure I was given the right medication. I cannot fault the care I was given and everyone I came into contact with was lovely!
