What I liked

after that the doctor we saw was quite good, and explained what had happened and caused the symptoms. and was very informative.

What could be improved

i took a younger sibbling there and It was an absoulte nightmare.... we waited and waited and kept being told to come back in after half an hour, to see if the medication had worked... which actually made it worse! . once we were past the triage, we were told that all the doctors were busy... whilst all the time we noitced them at the desk chatting away, laughing and snacking on food, which they were putting on the desks and eating! they were doing this for almost an hour! then one got summoned to attened to us! why they couldn't have done so ealier ?

The A&E itself was very dirty, littered with rubbish and inside there were stains of all sorts.

we weren't told what medication was given or what they were trying to treat with it!

The nurses were trying hard to get the docotors attention but no avail! would hate to be an inpatient in this hospital! no team working and no patient focused care AT ALL!
