The whole service was extremely disorganised! I was referred to the fracture clinic with a suspected fracture. It was xrayd and the consultant referred me for an MRI appointment which took 6 weeks. It has now been over two months since the MRI and I have not received my follow up appointment. When I called the consultant's secretary a few weeks after my MRI scan to enquire about the appointment she said to me "what did I tell you the last time you called - I would contact you with an appointment!" - it has now been over 2 months since my MRI and I have not been contacted or received a letter. I am still in a lot of pain. This service is absolutely shockinG! as a UK Tax and National Insurance payer, I am absolutely appalled and dishearted by this.
