I had a small operation on Wednesday 22nd May 2013 at the Treatment Centre in the Day Surgery Unit, and am very enthusiastic to provide information of my experience. Having previously attended this ward 6 years ago for the same operation, I did not have a great experience. However, I cannot praise the staff enough for the care that they provided me with for my recent operation. I had 3 nurses tend to me in the 4 hours that I was there, and each of them was highly professional and ensured that I was comfortable, and had everything that I needed. They frequently checked up on me, and ensured that I was aware of what was going on, and they provided me with the information that I needed. From admission to the ward, to being walked down by one of the nurses who carried my bag all the way for me, this experience was great, and has provided me with such high views of the Treatment Centre at Milton Keynes hospital.
