I had my gall bladder stone diagnosed and removed here after NHS Great Western had failed to notice it during two different nights when I was taken in by ambulance ! The treatment at The Ridgeway was very fast and the overnight nursing care was brilliant. By comparison the NHS Great Western lack of diagnosis and lack of nursing care made me feel that I was a burden on their resources and they really could not be bothered.
