My first time at St Mary's A & E but I was hugely impressed. The staff were helpful and respectful explaining everything to me throughout my time there. A difficult time for me was made so much easier by the professionalism and caring attitude of all of the staff (from reception, porters to nurses and doctors). I felt reassured to be in their hands. I have (sadly) been to many A & E departments in the last few years but St Mary's stands out as being the most efficient and well-run, offering exemplary care and treatment. Thank you.
