What I liked

This moring I endeavoured to contact the Gastroenterologist secretary it took 10mins x four times to get the operator. then each time when I was put through to the extensions I was promptly cut off. I am aware that you are very busy

What could be improved

The operator should have offered a direct line number as I am in a gp surgery trying to make urgent contact.
