I have been waiting 6 weeks for results from a smear at colposcopy clinic, voicemails not returned from gynaecology department, when I eventually got through to a person informed that waiting is now up to 8 weeks which I feel is completely unacceptable - there was no suggestion that this would be the case when at the clinic. I have been given incomplete and mixed information about previous tests when returning for subsequent visits
