I went to Frimley Park via ambulance on the 20th of May 2013, I was seen by a gynecology doctor in A&E. The doctor who saw me said she would write the reason I was there in my maternity notes, as every hospital, doctors and midwifery appointment needs to be recorded. The doctor however did not do this after clearly stating she had. Also when I was taken into the room on the A&E ward , there was blood on the floor, patient gown still in the room, blood on the bed and a bowl of sick left in the toilet. The nurse who took my bloods had to clean up after the person before her and although she asked for someone to come from housekeeping to clean no one did. When I had to leave A&E as the doctor was unsure what to do, it was extremely rushed and when i was taken in by ambulance because they had no bed space I had to sit in the A&E waiting area.
