"Rude porta"

I was in the brakken ward last night (21/5/2013 around 4:30pm) seeing my great aunt when the hospital porta came along to the bed two down from where i was and with out introducing himself of explaining who he was or why he was there said to this old lady: Get in the chair to which she replied i cant I dont know who you are. He said 'I aint got time for this get in the chair or the ambulance will leave without, just get in, im going to leave you here if you dont hurry up'. Now bear in mind this was an elderly lady who you could tell wasn't well at all and I would guess had dementure it must have been horribale for her. I was just about to go over there and start telling the porta what I thought of him but I didnt have time to as at first I was in shock that he was speaking to her how he was. I hope my aunty doesnt have to put up with that attitude and to be honest I think I will be there to pick her up as this man was appoling.
