Very impressed by the efficient, well-integrated procedure for hip replacement at this hospital. From pre-op and induction course through the operation itself and physio afterwards, Warwick have got it taped. I was given plenty of advance information about all aspects of the operation, plus gadgets to help round the house and a programme of exercises to do during recovery, so I felt confident I knew what to expect. Before the operation I had a choice of anaesthetics. The staff were all superb and very friendly, especially the Beaumont ward staff, and the ward itself was light and airy. The whole process had obviously been well thought out, including a lot of nice touches - they even sent me home with a packed lunch, which I admit was the icing on the cake! I would heartily recommend Warwick to anyone in need of hip replacement, and I cannot think of any way in which it could have been done better. Thank you very much to all the staff involved in my treatment.
