Waiting for a Triage nurse took less than half an hour (acceptable though not as quick as sometimes). The waiting time for treatment was then a little longer than I'd hoped (another 2 hours or so even though it was after 10pm on a Wednesday), but I wasn't the most urgent case (cut finger needing stitches). And my treatment by a relatively inexperienced A&E doctor was sympathetic, respectful and careful - so thanks! PS there are two options for A&E in the "Which department did you visit?" box below, please pass on to someone to fix otherwise I guess you're missing some of your reviews!
