I visited with my very elderly father in law who needed an operation to remove a part of his ear. This was done by the cosmetic surgery team, ward 4. My father in law suffers from dementia and I can only say he was treated with the utmost care and respect. Every single person was polite and caring, indeed they could not have been more so. They took time to explain everything and were very reassuring. Based on this experience I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital.
